Our Upgraded Kit of Pilate bar with resistant bands come with 12-month warranty, valid from the purchase transaction date.

The warranty covers product defects and provides replacement of the defective product in a maximum of 30 days after item has been delivered. We will reimburse shipping costs for returns. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, the buyer can only return for a replacement and is responsible for return shipping costs (from the buyer back to AMFRA®’s address). We will only pay for postage to ship the replacement or repaired item back to the buyer. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us to schedule an appointment to return your items and get the return address within Canada.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (from the buyer back to AMFRA®’s address) and AMFRA® pays for postage to ship the replacement item back to the buyer. In some cases, at AMFRA’s discretion, the buyer may receive a refund if a repair or replacement is not immediately available. Refunds issued are for the cost of the item only; no handling or shipping fees will be refunded. AMFRA must receive the returned item before a replacement is shipped to the buyer or a refund is issued. Before returning your product make sure to contact us at contact@amfraempire.com so that we can manage the return process. We will send you the complete address of our warehouse that will receive the returned product. Please also read important information below prior to sending the return.

We will highly appreciate it if you can provide the following details to speed up your request:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Picture or video Screenshots/Pictures/Videos evidence illustrating the defect may be required to honor the warranty.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, items MUST be returned in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned product, a replacement will be sent immediately, or a refund will be applied using the original payment method. Please note that payment processed via debit/credit card may take 5-10 business days to be completed depending on your bank’s policies.

The following situations are NOT covered by the 12-month warranty:

  • Used products from a third party, such as from Amazon.com Services LLC, etc.
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Loss or theft
  • Physical damage due to misuse or accident
  • Water damage or any other damage or defect related to misuse
  • Only AMFRA® products are covered, no other item is covered, including items used with an AMFRA® product
  • Buyer attempts unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembles the item.

Please Note: Buyers will need to present their order ID and purchase date to validate the warranty.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
